yeah, so i bought a house. its a bit of a fixer-uper. here's
some pictures of the place and some of the work we've been doing on
it.

the living room floor was a mess. 6 joists had dry rotted (to some
extent) and started to break. 2 had actually broken all the way
through. check it out, and then see the finished product. dad,
griff, and me in the pics.
