If you wish to add SIGMAA QL at the same time you renew your MAA membership, the most direct way is to use the paper MAA renewal invoice you should have received.

If you are already renewed or newly joined for 2004, the simplest way to add SIGMAA QL is to call 1-800-331-1622.

If you are only now joining the MAA and wish to include membership in SIGMAA QL, you can either call 1-800-331-1622 or print out and use the membership form. On the form, a problem is that at this writing Section 3 of the form has not yet been updated to include SIGMAA QL, so please make your selection of SIGMAA QL clear either elsewhere on the form or in a separate note.

During 2004 the MAA web site will be updated to enable all such transactions on line.
